Refund Policy

1. Digital Products (Strict Policy for Ads Compliance)
Due to the nature of digital products (courses, eBooks, downloadable materials):
- All sales are final
- No refunds will be issued once access/download is granted
2. Training & Consultancy Services
- Fees once paid are non-refundable
- In exceptional cases, partial refunds may be granted at our sole discretion
3. Duplicate Payments
If a duplicate payment is made:
- The extra amount will be refunded after verification within 7–10 business days
4. Cancellation
- Users may cancel services before access is granted
- Once the service has started, cancellation is not applicable
5. Failed Transactions
If payment is deducted but service not received:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- We will verify and resolve within 5–7 business days
